The rules cover all of this. Unfortunately the only thing we can do is infract when kids get bored and feel like breaking them. There is no way to cure immaturity. -

How does it break the rules at all? It says no nudity, and none of this is "nudity". It's just something you'd see every day if you went to the beach :c -

Meh.
It'd be nice if other MODs showed impartiality. Just seems to me like there is too much bias in some moderators. They seem to let things slide for people that they're friends with and infract people that they hate for the smallest things.
Not saying what I did was a small thing, just voicing out my opinion, I guess. I've seen way too many borderline things get ignored, but legitimate posts by people with a poor reputation getting deleted. I understand that they're humans too and they have emotions, but they should be setting aside personal grudges when they're moderating the forums, not deleting any post/thread that a person makes. At the very least, give warning before straight up deleting the thread and infracting the OP. -

This infraction is given out for topics that have been remade from a topic somewhere else on the boards. Please use the search function for topics that are currently open. If you see a topic of a subject that has been closed then don't repost it. It was closed for a reason.
Additional threads contained images which are larger than the size that are generally accepted on the forums.
Every one of the other 'racy' images push the boundaries too much. You know it, they know it and they're doing it to troll and on purpose. Which is just another rule which was broken. -

Perhaps a few pictures out of all the threads, but shouldn't they remove those few and give an infraction instead of closing the thread and not even saying why? -

Apologies for the double post, but it's necessary to address these issues individually.
I have stated multiple times that more visible people within the community are going to be scrutinized more than passers by. This happens everywhere in life.
If you are a recognizable member of the community that means a lot of great things, you're active, you discuss topics, play the game etc. Being a part of this community should be about bringing great discussion and positive energy to the boards. Not about trying to figure out how to push every rule boundary.
We have to tighten up the rules so much here because people like you, suko and the other trolls continue to push back in the opposite way. "This is why we can't have nice things".
To say that we can't have signature images because of people like you is not an understatement. It's fact. Because you would be more concerned about putting a picture of exposed chests, guy or girl, on your signature because you thought it was funny.
But people who aren't regular members of this community receive less 'moderation'. Simply because they will likely go away. It does not make sense for us to infract-ban someone who's coming from facebook who makes a "bump" post on a patch notes thread in the CF Announcement section. Those posts simply get deleted or buried and cleaned up by our admins and mods as necessary.
It should also be noted that even if a NON regular forum member posted that kind of stuff that thread would have been removed, and likely an infraction would have been issued. But a BAN is the only way we can through to some of you. Then when that doesn't work we step up to IP bans, and pretty soon we're going to be able to issue hardware bans and then we can really get rid of the trolls off this site for good.
You guys should be examples of good, not examples of bad.
It continually boggles my mind, the need to constantly push back and test our patience with this stuff. In one thread all you do is complain about the game, the company, this or that and then you've done nothing but add to the pile instead of taking a deep breath, going to play with your dog for a bit and coming back and deciding against an attempt at "being funny".

The answer here is because Suko has been a member of this community for ages. He knows the rules and knows not to post that stuff. It's fairly obvious when that kind of thread is going to be removed, and then when he goes to all his friends and says "Hey look at this mod abusing his powers cause he deleted a thread with this picture <link to picture on 4chan>! Lets all go post more of this because we're funny!!".Perhaps a few pictures out of all the threads, but shouldn't they remove those few and give an infraction instead of closing the thread and not even saying why?

Mabey because of the fact your leader posted various screen shots and coverd up certain parts of the screen (top right) and other sections, like he had somthing to hide. Not to mention i see him around quite alot on other sites trying to purchase accounts.

Saidin, I wasn't trolling. I highly doubt there was ANYTHING wrong with those pictures, there was no nudity, a bikini picture.. Wasn't much. And I figured the thread was getting deleted because of one of your moderators Bias to me. My posts get deleted 24/7 for no reason. Hell I got banned for calling my buddy a monkey before.
And oh, I didn't post any pics from 4chan, a few from google, a few from facebook. I kept posting it because my clan name is Pwnography. I post a few pictures of some cute asian girls because it matches the theme.
Stop assuming, honestly. -

Again, I understand that my specific infraction was justified. I broke the rules and I understand. But still, there are tons of posts that don't even get looked at. The thread in off topics of how big do you like your breasts thread, for example. That seemed much more borderline than my posts, but did that get closed? Hell, even a few mods posted in it. As said in the rules, if you want to look at half-naked women, go find a Victoria's Secret catalogue or something. Same should go for your preference of women. Go to a bar, get drunk, and talk with your drink friends about it, not the forums.
9 banning Giggle is what I'd like to see more of. Showing no bias towards anyone and doing he appropriate actions towards people who break the rules. Giggles has gone in for many many posts with borderline trolling, yet no one until 9 did anything about it.
I don't care for my infraction, I'm just saying the MODs should act more professional, especially when it's with infractions. The professionalism of several MODs should be worked on, that's really the point I want to get across. -
If you think I'm trying to troll, cool. But I'm really not. I didn't believe the images I posted were against the rules, and mods usually like to delete my things for no reason..

As for the other deletions, just don't ride so close to the border and you won't be treated as such.
The fact that you make posts which clearly state you care not for getting infractions or bans just adds to the problem. -

alright whatever.
Either way, you calling me immature or saying I'm ruining the community isn't a true statement. I've held the only successful pub tourney in years, SND wise, and most of the community here respects me.
So I hope you'll still talk to me about what we planned before. And I'm also very happy to see you're trying to help the competitive community, guess I'm gonna find a team
