I really wish there would be more enthusiastic recruitment threads. You can easily tell rather a clan is decent or average by the thread. 99% of threads are just "Join us, looking for pros, looking to scrim the best clans join us now!".

Reasons why, as a clan leader you should put more effort to show that you will watch over your members and be a good leader.

Thats my opinion, it wasn't to talk down to you personally, just trying to give you advice.
