Go to Start, click "Run" and type in "cmd" in the box (without quotes)

Type in "ping fglan.com" (without quotes) then hit enter

After it is done pinging, right click in the middle of the command prompt, click select all and hit Enter key to copy it. (Yes, it's actually enter. pasting/copying using CTRL+C/CTRL+V does not work in cmd prompt.)

Looks like it's resolving to the correct IP. Try clearing your browser cache.
