I submitted a ticket (and yes I know the average waiting time is 72 hours business days only), but I'm still wondering how much longer I need. Can a new system be implemented that says how many tickets are before your tickets? It protects privacy, it won't say anyone's name. It will also make the community more happy as they can see how long it will take for their ticket to be processed. That way the community will know that other people are having problems too, and they're not the only ones and will be more patient.

They have records of ticket submissions I believe. However, it wouldn't hurt to have a displayed list. Although it'd be awfully difficult for someone to have to fish through thousands of other tickets. There should be categories and maybe a search function as well implemented.

Unfortunately, there's currently no such feature available. However the support team does have records and lists of submitted tickets each day. It's just not displayed and shown publicly.

An option like this could satisfy many people's curiousity . Better this than waiting blindly.

Not really, all they have to code is a part that shows the amount of entries in the support ticket database. This would only show a number (ex: "There are x amount of tickets before your ticket will be processed." whereas x = amount of tickets before your ticket).
