Well after some speculating I think it works like this.
Random number generator picks a number between 10000 ~ 200000.
Each spin adds one(1) to the jackpot.
Whoever spin the jackpot on that number wins.
So there could be any number of people who win. -

I play the hole Day, log in and out...and after 15+ Houers or later i become 3 Spins...lol? Thats all? 3 Spins..lolPlay at least 1 hour in game to earn 1 spin. Max 4 per day.
