No z8 points for the BGM surveys

I did the mind quiz 10 questions no zp.And I also did the Warewolf or Vampire 1 and no zp both we about like 3,257 zp. So when can I get my zp?

You have to talk to BMG, Z8 dosent have any control over that

I just did like 8 survey with super rewards and didn't get them. what do i do? I have like 5k ZP coming to me.
