I'd suggest using Windows 8 if possible. The monitor (software capture) is WAY faster on 8, FPS will be higher and more consistent.

I have windows 8 on one of my drives but my Crossfire FPS is very inconsistent on it for some reason.

Some quick tips:
1: Start streaming again (sleep is for the weak)

With any luck this will help you become the #1 viewed streamer out there

Strange. Pretty sure Jon runs 8 and CF is fine.
