Hit Spots problem? Im getting angry...

Hi there, this is a really special one i think. Since the last small patch i experienced some major problems in hitting people. It's getting rediculous. Yesterday i was standin infront of a guy like 1 meters distance and no hit. There weren't even wholes i the wall or ground. Like my bullets just vanished in air. Kinda same problems i had with knifes and i've seen other complaining about that too. Normally your aim cross is turning red when hitting someone but recently it doesn't most of the time. Could this be some weird kind of lagging?
