I've been in the same clan for over a year (my whole CF time) but I can't stand it anymore!

Looking for a chill clan.
My kdr is pretty bad (too much f around)
Prefer clan with older people (18-25)

Good luck finding a new clan, and I suppose its good for you as your current got some trolls... As you stated, Minty and Black.

You can always come to ECoA, otherwise I'd suggest TryAgain?.

Cool members there, like yarrH and Upex. I don't have any good relationship to the leader, but I know the clan has a lot of friendly and cool members. Not sure about the average age, but I know yarrH is around 10. 14*
