When making a team, choose players who think alike in game and in real life. Make sure you have the same goals for this game regardless of your current skill level. Work on teamwork and get past the arguments soon you will realize those arguments only make your team stronger. These are key components to a long term and successful team, whether you become the best at what you do or you learned a lot on the way it's a win and probably tons of fun).

It's true. If I ever make a team, it's going to be with a few players that were with me in our pub clan. We might not have the best aim as individuals, but that kind of chemistry is hard to build.
