Error loading game now....game results screen

It seems to be fine until it goes to load the map and switch to the other screen. It's exactly like when you are playin someone 1 on 1 and they quit before the map loads or right when u click start game. It goes to end game results after waiting a minute. mean while the game is in progress and running at the time.
Don't know what else I could say? Thanks for any help on this issue!
