How much good would this pc generally run?

Well for crossfire:
You could max out the fps at about 250, with full bandicam settings. Streaming would be decent provided you have a 2-5mbps upload speed.
Harddrive size is decent, slow sata speed, 7200 rpm is normal. Though a 10000rpm or solid state drive would be better.
Graphic card is a bit older, but for cf it will do 200 (cant tell core speeds/outputs/cooler/streams) <-- due to it being a prebuilt, im guessing these will be fairly low/stock.
Low psu, doesn't say brand or build.
Sound Card - Guessing its just mobo sound, if you have a usb headset, won't matter
Motherboard is **** and horribly outdated
Decent 8gb ram, doesn't have heat spreader, 1333 isn't more then average in 2013
Case - Looks like the one dell would give me in 2004. Over heating would be an issue with the stock vga fan and stock heatsink and fan
Processor - older gen i5 low cache decent mhz, guessing its overclocked to that Default heatsink
If all your looking to do is run cf, its good but over priced. Other games are iffy -

either way, any pc you buy for 300 now can run cf fine.
-Recording on good quality
-Streaming on good quality
-Rebooting faster
-50fps vs 200fps (Big disadvantage) -

Have you even played under 80 fps?
800x600 lowest nvidia settings 60-80 fps is the ugliest thing to hit crossfire since monstar.
I've played on 1024 smoothly on a different comp and it is amazingly better (wasn't even 200 fps, it was just smooth). -
To be completely honest, I play pretty decent with a stock HP Desktop at about 60 FPS, I will be upgrading from the mobo video card soon but the only upgrades so far are just the power supply. I removed the stock supply and added a diablotek, extra fan plus I can run it longer without overheating.Oh and the price of the desktop was 50 bucks at my local pawn shop
