Okay, I was just explaining my opinion about the league from my experiences with him so far. He may take everything inside of CFL professionally, but spamming my lfp thread arguing with people over nothing is very disrespectful. I'll lay off and let him show he is mature for the position.
Any complaints can and should be directed towards Erick via email: cflerick@crossfireleague.com

My thoughts is that we have been working together and meeting constantly to develop new ideas and discuss the future of the league. We have a lot more planning and a lot more to provide in the future.

I'm glad we have gotten such a positive responses and great suggestions. I compeltely agree with you Lion and hopefully in the future, your needs along with many others are met in what you want in a league. Thank you guys and keep the suggestions coming.

don't get mad I give you the wrong map because you're begging for it 2-3 days earlier then we annouce em.

as for the site, I agreed. we needed something temp and i delivered that. I know its not the most professional but for now its doing the job

Home team is the name that is first in match coms.

    example: area51 vs drensoliders

    Area51 would be home..

    Area 51 would win.

    by 1 or 2, possibly

    Area 51 implies 2009 rules.

    Good luck.

We were the full wall damage m4/scarlight kings.

Sexy in our spops as well.

Well still here you could have simply kept saying that you could not give out the map instead of giving him the wrong one. Thats really not necessary. Me and mykl were up til' 4 wondering how we gunna do things on castle, LOL.

Said I wasnt giving him the map more than an enough.
  • Wanted to give slayer an actual response !

Where to start, hm.. I'd just like to give a big shoutout to Erick for giving hope to the fellow crossfire players and giving them something to play for aside from WCG. It's also nice to see Saidin helping out and showing that Z8 can contribute, just needed someone to take the initiative.

Agreed, Thanks to Erick, z8game/Saidin, and David for helping us out !
Few things you should work on though, get an actual website with an actual design (not one done by dren though, professionally designed). Image is everything, right now if people look at your website they'll think it's a joke. If you really want to make this the best league in crossfire you're going to need help with that and probably spend money out of your own pockets.

Agreed. When Erick and I talked about the actual starting of the league, something that poped up was the web site. Erick, David and I are constanstly stressing about the site. It is true we're
on a free web that gives us very limited power over things we wish we could be adding. We've managed so far to take a very basic site, give it a better look then a few of CFL's previous web sites, and make it a lot more user friendly. We've done a lot of different things for the support tab, a lot of different things to make it easier for teams (and us ) to send in roster changes,
and made the match comm as simple as possible so that teams can look in that tab, find their team, and post. Also we make sure to send out all annoucments, via forums, facebook, web site and an email blast to all registered players so everyone can stay up to do on our ever improving web site and league.

A professional division next season would be nice as well. If you end up getting a totally different and well designed and functional site before season 2 begins, would be totally great. I personally would be looking towards a 3rd party anti cheat coded specifically for this league, since I know you can't afford that on your own, perhaps you could have an entry fee for everyone and use that money to help pay for a coder.

We've already annouced that we will be having a Professional division. If we get a new site or not (which I can say we have a few things in the works ) we'll have a P division. This is too create an even more competitive arena, while keeping a small, more casual arena for players in open.
I do not want to speak much about an AC, but that we've looked into A LOT of different options.
Rest easy big kangaroo knowning we'll think of something. I know not everyone want's to bandi forever ! :P
Prizes seem to be really promising. 500k zp for first place in the inaugural season is outstanding, but you should hear out the audience that prefer cash prizes (I assume most people would prefer cash prizes) and look for other sponsors to help carry some of the burden off your shoulders.

500kzp is the total pot. We've heard the people wanting cash prizes and we will be giving those next season !

Right now, other then annoucing the P division it's self, there is really only one more thing
we're certain of for P and it's that there will be a CASH PRIZE $$

We've actually contacted a few different places and got a few decent responses as far as sponsorships go.

You pretty much single handedly saved crossfire when it was at it's lowest point in quite some time.

    not quite

Should look into doing something like ESL as well where teams can change their own rosters and customize their team pages instead of having to go through cfl staff to change it (just because it's inconvenient).

Ah, I thought the first place prize was 500k. Well I'm glad that you have sponsors lined up because it's incredibly hard to find sponsors willing to put in money into this game.

    not quite
That was a jab at you because I want to fight you.

edit: Thank you Erick for standing up against the online e-thugs.

Still no point in giving him the wrong map. Not very professional. Nice league though. A better website would be nice as well.
  • Best league we have at the moment. Hopefully the amount of clans that can participate will increase in future seasons.
