my personal solution to stop most of the hackers in crossfire

Hey guys, this is probably the most important post I've ever created on this forum ever and I'm not usually interested on what's happening on this forum, however, I play this game for around 3 years, I'm 16 years old, I live in UK and I think I got a pretty good solution to stop most people hacking in Crossfire that I even want to post this ''idea of mine'' on a Crossfire forum *yay*.

I don't know if someone posted this ever before me so don't block me or something, if I accidentally just repeated a thread by someone else, I'm really sorry, I didn't mean to.

So, what would probably be the easiest solution to decrease the number of hackers in Crossfire by at least 75%?

The Answer is... Make Particular Servers in Crossfire allowed to be joined from the rank '' 2nd Lieutant 1 ''?
It seems so simple to do and it will help Crossfire and Z8 Administration will have less responsibilities. '' Staff Sergeant 1 '' is just too easy to reach for anyone... and to be 100% honest, not many people would risk their accounts that are '' 2nd Lieutant 1 '' or higher, I know that currently and in the past, there are/were also people with Captain/Major Ranks hacking but unfortunely, as players of this game there is not much we can do about that apart from sending a report ticket to Z8 Administration.

This is pretty much all I wanted to say, thanks for your time guys and understanding I guess, I would be very respectful if you would comment on what you think about this idea and do you think it will change our game to better cause it took me a pretty long time to write and to think about.

cuz creating a server is done in two minutes. besides.. these ranks hack as well.

and how would you solve those people who can't play on this server because of their lag?

okay... firstly, If you would read the whole paragraph I wrote, you would know that I mentioned that I know that these people will hack cause even Captains and rarely Majors hack but there are mostly (90%) of the time... Staff Sergeant ranks hacking, SFC's, sometimes Master Sergeants... So that's why I think it will help Crossfire alot.

2nd thing is... why would some people not be able to play on this server? Because they will have 150 ping, others 20 and they will be too hard to kill or a different issue?

anyway.. the point is that some things are easy to say but almost impossible or not worth it to be implented. this has been suggested before!

okay... anywayz, that's for your opinion on that... I just thought that it'll work cause I am getting tired of these hackers in almost every room I join. Before Mods/Admins close this topic, I would like to see what other people think about this.

Don`t see a downside to it. It will prevent the most obvious smileyface-cheaters from playing in those servers. Can`t get rid of all the cheaters of course, but at least get rid of those blatant ones.

thank you for sharing your personal option, you gotta know that I highly appreciate it and yeah... It won't stop all the hackers but most I suppose... Keep it up I wanna see what other people think

they can't enter the +5% severs.

why don't you suggest to make the level limit higher at the +5% server?

They did this before with SFC and above servers, and nobody played on those servers, maybe a handful, raising the rank won't make it better, it'd probably decrease it because most people are too lazy to move or are too attached to the servers they play in or they want to stay with their friends/clan mates and their mates don't want to move. Unless you get ZP for playing on these servers, or special events happen on these servers because you're rank is 2nd Lieutenant + I don't see it having sustained success, it'll just be the ranked server flop v2.

edit: Also, hackers can buy 2nd LT + accounts and just use those if they have the funds or are good scammers they can do it for a good while or however long they choose, so it'd only stop a few, it's better than paying to play on a server in a f2p game, which defeats the purpose of it being F2P, people don't come to a F2P game to pay to play hack free, it's a free2play game it's free so don't expect it to come without faults, (people always wanting something for nothing).

Yes the test set up to fail.

Adding it on a *buggy* *UK server* and *didn't even tell anyone* until it was *shortly thereafter declared a failure*.

And people requesting it are largely US based anyway.

It's not going to have success, if people have friends with low ranks and want to play with their friends their going to stay on the normal servers. Unless the server has short-term perks such as rewards for being a certain rank the turnout rate is going to be very low, and will end up just like the Miami(South)Server to be deleted, because people will not see a change due to the fact that there are a large number of higher ranked people that hack who don't care, or know how to hide it, who people don't report, or don't think they hack because they're a high rank. So if a high ranked hacker starts hacking and knows how to not be blatant, he won't be reported unless by someone who will be deemed as an idiot decides to call him out and then is made a laughing stock,
It's not going to work, it's a nice concept, but it won't succeed.
