Hopefully your stream is entertaining to watch, because most people who are very good at games don't get more than 10 viewers. Looking at your description, you're not quite popular on CF(not saying I am), not very good at LoL(not saying I am), and your MapleStory characters are not necessarily appealing(me and wotip were top dps'ers in Khaini hehe). You really need to be very entertaining to actually gain many viewers.
