Useless Suggestions but i think it'l be pretty cool.

Chat color
Global Risk: Blue
Black List: Orange

Those who purchase Chat color/name color will obviously change to the color they chose,but for normal players it will be Blue(GR) or Orange(BL)

not a useless suggestion!

the BL can trick the opposite team for example by saying that the bomb is on A and some noob actually listens.
on the other side.. tricking each other makes the game fun as well.
