How about the ability to kick players joined a game.

The life is too easy for hackers in CF.
They can kill everyone with eyes closed.
They can persuade others not to press f11 by saying "no hak, I am pro"
They can leave a room and then rejoin after game start.

But if I can kick him after he leave, i.e., a host has the ability to bring up the list of players in the last game and kick, things might be a little better before we wait the x-trap finally works.

And this seems to be easy to implemented.

Also, I would like to have the ability to see who has start a vote against whom.

Don't tell me this can be unfair to legit players, I have several reason to kick you.
1. you are way too "pro", with 200+ ping to get kdr 30:3. You might never know that in 200 ping, it takes nearlly one second to switch weapon.

2. you are high rankers but pretend not knowing someone hacking in your team.

3. you says "f12, no hack", when we vote some other apparently hackers.

4. you says "f12, no hack", when we start to vote you, because in my experience, I never know they are vote against me.

It is simple, when you are legit and get kicked, mostly because I think you are not deserved to play in a hacker free game, because you would not contribute to help. When you just don't care which kind of room you can play, simply find any other room that allows you in, but it is not mine.

I got it the way that the host could kick a player after the game ended, while sitting in the lobby. Well I'd support that but there is one thing i've not the same opinion like you.
Your number 4. press esc and you can see if the guys are voting you and nearly every good player knows this. And the reason why they keep saying ''F12 no hack'' is because they always getting called to be hack. At least I've made this experience. So i've createt a makro to prevent and insult(xD) these noobs who don't know what it means to have skills.

Not in game, but after game end, host can kick any player now. Only thing absent is to kick those who already leave. Hacker would be very quick to leave, they will join the room after you press the start button.

But kick in game is also a good one.

This can be abused, however, almost anything can be abused.

Oh, I notice this only when I was trying to kick hackers, some other vote going on after I press esc. You are right, this way I can know they are kicking me. But a normal player seldom presses esc to check if a vote is against him, because when you esc, you can not move.

And I sometimes saw chat message: not a hacker and see no vote going on. I would appreciate those who trusted me, but I would not suggest them to do so. Every player has their opinion that can not be simply changed by just one or two sentence. So I only type thanks as a reply, but no argument that I am legit. If so many people think I am hack, then there is no reason I should play in that room.

However, it is annoying some player just claims you are hacking if you killed him 3 times, no matter how many times they hide in the corner and shooting you at your back. That is annoying.
