Promoting Hacks is equal to using them and will result in ban/suspension!

Attention all mercenaries,

Our team already plays Cross Fire on a daily basis, constantly. At any time we see a hacker we immediately ban them and remove them from our system.

We want to let you know that our team is taking extra time each day to do this. Heading into game and playing with legitimate people while on the look out for hackers is something we want to make sure we push to our gamers.

You may not always see them in game with a GM tag, but we're in there hunting the people who are ruining the experience for others.

Having said this, we are also stepping up on what we issue suspensions for. You can and will be suspended or banned for promoting hacks within the game.

Promoting hacks is not only limited to the chat channels, it also includes ROOM NAMES. Should we see a room created by a player that is promoting a hack we will issue a ban and/or a suspension.

Hacks contain viruses and keyloggers and ruin the experience for other players. Your computer is at risk as well as your CF game and account. Recent hacks have modified your game client files to change room names to promote hacks. THIS WILL BE PUNISHED. You are responsible for this by installing hacks on your computer whether you use them or not. This blatant use of hacks and allowing the hack to modify your CF game is exactly the kind of behavior we want to stop. We'll issue as many bans as we possibly can with regards.

So to conclude, in addition to our already dedicated team of hack seekers and reporters, and the hundreds upon hundreds of bans we issue each day manually from reports and through our autoban system. We are now taking even more time to make sure we rid even more malicious users from our game.

DO NOT HACK is the end result. You will be punished.
