oops my bad , anyway I think they disband or sth happen , I talked to one of their team member and he said the team is inactive nobody get on anymore so he left ? I can not contact any SHOGUN members at all and when I saw one , I pmmed him he didnt reply :] this is hard to contact a team that stop playing.

Funny one. Even after I post this earlier today: http://goo.gl/8wzdh and tell Logic that we would be at least 15+ min late http://imageshack.us/f/685/crossfire201302240000f.png/ but that we would play after our CFL match if you guys want, you try this? I messaged after our match and asked if you wanted to play and you "didnt have 5." As i said, default is extended to tomorrow if either team has members that have CFL matches. We did so it's extended to tomorrow. -
Of course we "didn't have 5". You failed to show up to the default time. We can't wait around for hours while you guys fail to show up for your own tournament.
As for changing the default time the day before the match... that's quite corrupt.

We went out of our way to change our CFL match time to earlier in the day as to accommodate the default time for your tournament. You guys should have had the foresight to do the same.
I appreciate what you are trying to do for the community with your tournament, but unless you start running it in a fair, level-headed way, you are going to lose all respect and credibility. In my eyes, anything but lanbound moving on = corruption and unfair ruling.

It seems more like your dodging because you know you can't beat them, so you forced a time when you knew they couldn't be there, then instantly dipped at the 15 minute period. Why are you being a ****** and not actually playing the match? Our game for cfl got delayed and Wek Wek was kind enough to wait for us to finish our match.
Whats wrong with this community? Teams like yours trying to get forfeits. -

We "forced" a time? I'm so confused. I am in no way associated of affiliated with this IzG tournament. I did not come up with, suggest, endorse, or advocate for the default time. It was set by the tournament admins. I was not contacted by anyone on the opposing team in regards to when the match would be played, so we assumed default.
We "instantly dipped" because 4 of our 5 players had commitments to tend to. We are not going to idle echo lobby for hours waiting on a team to show up when they may never show up. I'd much rather hand in my homework on time than wait for the possibility of scrimming a team in an online game.
The issue that I am having is:
They set a default time. They did not show up to the default time. They are now attempting to change the default time to a time when our team cannot make it there to play. Either show up or don't, don't change the rules to allow your team to win. -

We got a default win first round because the other team was disbanded.. I didn't try get the default.
We got a cfl default because the other team couldnt make it. I made 3-4 posts in the match com thread attempting to accomodate them.
Now I want this win because famous is literally wasting the time of me and my team.
First time trying to get a default win, and it's 100% justified. -

Lk has it, its just a fun tournament with no real prize. I don't see why Luck is being a little cry baby about it, even his own team is calling him out on it. Why do you join tournaments if you don't actually want to play? -

Failed to show up at default time? Weird, because I'm pretty sure default time is today at 9PM EST.

Obviously though, as Luck so kindly pointed out, since you aren't the Captain of your team, nothing I said to you was of any consequence, so the new rule I put into place stands and default is the 25th at 9PM EST. I put that rule in place HOURS before the matches because I was asked to by the majority of played matches were asking to be delayed. (2 out of the 3 matches that were going to actually be played, and not just be DQ's because of noshows, were wanting to be delayed to tomorrow and ALSO because I knew there would be people like you that try to get a win off of DQ's because you can't win ingame.)iiTwAsLucKoL wrote: »Of course we "didn't have 5". I'm not going to put myself on a higher place than you guys. I was PERFECTLY willing to delay going out and play your match after my CFL match if you wanted to. Even though I wanted to leave I was willing to do that. I wasn't forcing you to play today, I was giving you a way out of having to play today and I thought I was being nice.
Honestly, if you guys were this scared of playing my team you could of just told me and I would've let you have the win.
IMO, you're being pretty ridiculous about this. If anything, I did clearly state in my rules that I can change them any time I want to. Now, just to remind you, I did put that rule into place because I was asked to by other teams and I did NOT do it for my own benefit.
Lastly, this is a preliminary tournament that has no prize, it's just for teams to get practice, and the next one will have prizes to play for, so why would you go out of your way to get a DQ win when there is actually a match you can play?
EDIT: and if youre saying I change things to get my team a win, do remember that for last round I allowed Tarnished to play us the day after default because they couldnt show up for default. They asked last minute but I still went out of my way and even played without 2 of our s5 just so we could have a match to play. I don't change things just to get a win. I would rather play than not play and I will accommodate any reasonable time that you would like to play. -
Look it's fine Famous. I understand it is YOUR tournament. If you want the win then have it, I could care less about the actual win, it's the method of you getting it which is wrong (in my eyes). It's a random tournament of random teams which half of the matches so far have been FF's.

I wanted to play you guys at 9:45 too, but luck said hell no, and we also didn't have 5 on. So now I want to play you today, like I have said before. I don't want a free win, I want a match. -
