Be committed. Four of our players are here to stay and we need a 5th that is going to stay no matter what happens.
Be able to handle criticism and play how you don't want to play.
Be able to do what is best for the team not just your self.
We are not a 2 week team. I can promise you that we will be around for a long time we just need the right player.
We really want to win and become a team that can compete at a high level competitively.
