Perm' Beret .
Hello , today i post this suggest' because Beret cost too much ...
At the begining they are cheap , then they are for pepole who spend more than 80$ ( 80 € ) .
So the permanent berets will be in the Black Market , and seasonal .
Valentine : Pink
X-Mas : Red and or White
Halloween : Orange and or Black .
Etc ...
They will also give Bonus EXP . Like 30% Exp Plus, not to much . Max 50 Exp plus .

z8 makes much more money from items like these and i dont believe that the will ever add them on black market

The main reason will simply be farmers being able to rank up much faster than ever with this such permanent item that'll increase the amount of experience they receive from each game. Of course, legit players also benefit from this, but farmers do a lot more. I have no problem with farmers, but simply the cost and the unfairness it'll bring in to the game. With permanent berets in the game, why would anyone still purchase those temporary ones?
Seasonal character items were for permanent decorations on your characters I believe. However they do not serve any other purpose such as giving extra exp or gp, does it? No, I believe it does not. -

People would buy zps. Which would give some profit to them. Some people would win and start making private rooms with they friends and start farming. Some of them would play normal(pubbing or competitive).
But i would bet that 60% of those who win the beret would farm 100%.
Even if it gives 30%, it would be enough for those who are ranks below first Lt.
So like i said yes to the beret but no to the exp/gp on it.

But it would be totaly useless if they put it as normal beret as zp crate or gp crate.I disagree. The Witch Hat and the Pumpkin Hat were both permanent hats won from GP crates. People bought them and still wear them. Furthermore, they counted for the Crate Buster ribbon.
So you have AND a permanent hat to wear, AND you have a crate prize that affects certain ribbons. I would say that would make it worth it.
Heck, it could even be a secondary prize in a ZP crate. I would mind winning a pink urban camo beret from a ZP crate if I was trying to get a pink urban camo M4A1-XS to go with it, for example. -
Lol frecklez, who would spend zps just to buy beret which doesn't have any effect(like giving extra gp or expiriance). First it would be waste of money. I know that it would be cool to have it. But lets be serious. Only those who have money would buy that. But after 2 years later. They would realise that was not a good money spent. Indeed, but mostly people would blame z8games. That's what worrys me. If people constantly win only beret, then people would "crying" on forums: why z8games did put in crates beret and not other weapon. That's why i'm against hats in the zp crates. It honestly makes no difference. It's not like farmers are sitting at their computer farming; they're using triggerbot/aimbot to do it for them.
