The first of what we hope to be many website improvements over the course of 2013 will be going live soon. We have a new Billing and Deposit page upgrade that is being set to be put live this week. We're hoping this new page will be more functional, smoother to operate and more intuitive for all our gamers.

With the upgrade of the page, will there be any purchase events? Like 10% extra zp or something. Because I don't want to end up getting zp just to see some event where we get extra zp or temp guns like we had in the past 1 day after I bought it.
At current there are no scheduled bonus ZP events. However that does not mean we won't have them in the future.

It can be a problem because you can get stitched up with the conversion rate. Besides it doesn't look right with half the deposits in euros and the other half in dollars. makes it a bit tedious to compare them instantly.
But nevertheless, its an improvement I guess. Now get down to the real problem in CF. Need I say what that is. -

For this, because we deal in USD here 100% it makes more sense for us to display this value all the time.
The exchange rate changes the prices over time, so it might not always be exactly $8.99 EUR (for example). But it will always be $8.99 in USD.
That being said, this is good feedback, we'll see what we can do about displaying the EU dollar amount in as many convenient and intuitive places as possible! -

The team who designed and built the new Deposit Page, and subsequent website improvements have nothing to do with the team that tracks and reports hacks, and certainly has nothing to do with Smilegate and Wiselogic who are the main teams in the situation against hacking.
We're doing everything we can on that! Lets not get too sidetracked here and continue with comments/suggestions/questions about this new page. The more feedback we get the better the rest of the site will turn out as we make more improvements! -

Not to mention that the currency rates are in a permanent change to eachother, which would require a live system that updates the rates every 30 minutes or so... -

I think to update daily would probably suffice . But yeah, only last month I had the problem of cashing a cheque in £'s in germany and by the time it had cleared(10 working days) the pound had dropped nearly 5% meaning a loss in this case of £80. This problem will always remain when transfering money between countries with different currencies. -
