I have like 15-17 fps with like 30-50 quality and I STILL sometimes experience mouse lag. We just have crappy computers that's all.

And does anyone know how you get more quality options when you upload to Youtube? Does it depend on the actual quality of the video itself in order to have quality options such as 480p/720p/1080p?
