How is the prize pool divided? Or is it winner take all?
It won't be winner takes all, it will be divided.
We'll be deciding the prizes for each place based out of the total prize pool soon, hopefully once we follow up with our potential/confirmed sponsors. -

I like denxi and all even though he makes me REALLY mad when i play smite with him
but his rule set is just stupid. When is the last time denxi has even played in a tournament?

First thing I did when Jon asked me about writing the rules was ask him if he wanted me to include any biases or goals when I was doing it. Specifically, whether or not to place value in the popular/current ruleset.
He said no.
Now, don't misconstrue me as "blaming" Jon for the rule change, because that's not what I'm doing. I'm saying that when I made the rules, what mattered to me was opening up more playstyles while still keeping it "balanced" (which it is, **** the morons who don't understand the concept of a balance and a baseline).
Like I said, if anyone ACTUALLY wants to discuss ****, then xFire me. Public contact is ******ed, since it just encourages pandering and ignorance boosting for the sake of gratification.
