whisper in game

I have had this problem for some time now. I cant whisper any of my friends in CF. They whisper me and then i cant back. I have had this problem for a long time and even when i go to my friends list it says there disconnected. I know there connected because they just whispered me. I don't know how to fix this if any one can help I would be very grateful.

I get it sometimes but half the time im able to whisper people. :S

Ya same here i closed it and restarted and i could wisper other ppl but not him, and yes im sure he has wisper on.
