To teams playing CFL
This thread is for everyone playing in CFL's launch season. We have a site made for match coms, schedules, rosters, stats, rules, ect. Team leaders MUST sign up for this site to be able to schedule and report matches. PLEASE make sure all your rosters are correct. Every roster is on the "Teams" Tab. ALL roster changes can be PMed to me on the z8 forums as our support tab on the site is not currently functional. Questions can also be PMed to me here.

WEEK 1 MATCH COMS ARE UP. A full schedule is also available. Click the button in the schedule tab that says "Full Schedule"
Statistics will be tracked this season. Drel has volunteered to do stats every week and keep track of them. We will have awards at the end of the season based off your individual stats.
If any team has already decided not to play PLEASE let us know now. We will have a reserved team list in case a team doesn't play/drops out. If a team misses a certain amount of matches, they will be marked as dead and be replaced.
I'm still talking to z8 about prizes for this season. I should hear back from them very soon as they have been busy.
The top 8 teams will advance to the playoffs when the regular season is complete. Those 8 teams will also be moved to a Pro Division for a 100% cash prize. More on this will come once the season is completely over.
I'm very impressed at how many teams signed up in a matter of 2 days. It proves to me this games competitive side still has a chance to grow and become better.
Make sure you read all of the rules and understand everything!

Great website and all. Quick question, most seasons for sports or other online games last more than a month and a half, and have more than 8 games. In the future will you extend the length of the season? Also, is this going to be an annual tournament or a seasonal one (like 1 every 3 months).

The length of the season is easily going to hit 3 months. Not sure why you think its going to last a month. ( If you think that ) The launch season is 10 games for a reason. That reason is to make sure we're capable of holding an event like this. I'm sure in the future it will be longer but that is still up to be talked about.
I want to be able to run 3 seasons a year. so 3+1+3+1+3 3 months for the season, 1 month break for signups for the next one ect. -

Would be pretty cool to have like a Ranking system like they do in other sports/leagues. Just an idea

Just wondering, did triggerhappy disband? Looked them up and they're not there anymore, and alvin is in LL now. Prime is supposed to face TH in the first week of CFL, so..
EDIT: I'm going to talk to Erick about it. I thought they were still playing, lol. Let us double check and we will fill with a team from the wait list.
I'll be personally messaging MYKL about whatever is done. So that you guys still have time to schedule and everything if we have to switch out teams. -
