Crates buying problems!!!

I tried to post this thread a while ago and still noone answered it, so I posted it again included a picture.
The situation is whenever I press the PURCHASE button in Black Market. The game crashes!

I'm using Windows 7 x32bit
Tried to redownload and reinstall it many times, still turns out the same.
Please someone tell me what should I do ....

I'm not exactly sure what causes it, but I would bet that it has to do with Windows 7. I'll see if I can find an answer for you.

Is it possible if I purchase the crates somewhere else (on the web) instead of going to Black Market ingame to buy it ? ( I mean I have no problem opening the crates, just the buying problem above)

the only place on the web you can get crates is in the mall from spending bonus points that you earn when buying zp
