I would like to propose an idea...
As you all know, European players are not able to create new accounts...
Assuming IP ban is possible, would it be possible to restrict creating new accounts to 1 per 3 months per IP adress....?
If one gets banned after hacking, he won't be able to create a new account for another 3 months... on his own IP..
Now... I know it won't stop them, but every bit helps, right....?
