If we solved the Black Screen error with that mini patch we would have posted it.

Since that was not the case. We didn't.

And now for the standard answer.

We are aware of the Black Screen Crash Bug. We have sent the information to the developers and will look for a fix in an upcoming patch.

This is also in the wrong forum and since it's been answered everywhere else this thread serves no further purpose.
