Stealing clan members?

Is it actually illegal to steal clanmembers? Someone from another Clan stole me 3 Members with Promising them wrong things like ZP etc, and then when they are there they get nothing. Isnt that illegal? Thanks to all replies.

To know if its bannable. Isnt it actually any Kind of swearing or Anything? It would be really worth to bann them, they are major and over that, and promising fake things.

lol, it would be helpfull to know a report reason because GM´s are ignoring the most reasons so far i know anyway.

There is no such thing as member stealing, if people leave your clan to join another because they got offered zp then thats their decision.

Its no ones fault except for your members who either:

1. Don't like your clan well enough to turn down a small amount of ZP (or other stuff)

2. Were planning on being dishonest and joining to get ZP (or other stuff) then leaving and rejoining your clan

3. Are clan hoppers

Please quote the rule then that is being broken.

OT: each member is free to do as they please to come and go in clans. To be promised things and not be followed through is not Z8's fault, but rather the clan issuing the "promise" and moreso to the applicant believing in such false promises.

I'll see if I can get a word on this above, but no promises.
