It's a standard memory dump. I myself received the same one just prior to updating to IE8 & DirectX 11. Hadn't received the issue following. The root of the issue is SOMETHING in the registry. Something inside the CF package is either corrupted (inside the patch), or something inside the patch is colliding with an existing function.
