New chat commands

I feel this is something Z8 has the capability of doing, and it would be pretty nifty to have!
Many chat services or online games have commands that do things when you type.

Most of you know of these in game:
/w /r etc I actually don't remember any other ones lol

But I thought it would be handy to have some more functional ones that other games have.
A major one being /stats

Example: You find a player called John123 you want to join your clan.
Chat log would be:
/stats John123
Kills[124], Deaths[127], KDR[.98]

Many of the better clans might not want him now, and won't have to look on the website before asking him to join.

Could also use /honor John123
to check if he still has his honorable ribbon badge.
