The change is that it will display accurate information. It looks unprofessional when an in-game message displays statements that are either false to begin with or have been deemed obsolete in the updating cycle.

The replay system already shows you the time. All you have to do is relay that information correctly to the Support Team. As for seeing the time in the lobby, that is completely off topic, so I for the second time will not respond.
