I use a 120Hz monitor personally, so that's no bother to me.
Nor have I ever had screen tearing issues with this game.
It's stupid to add an option for it because v-sync adds acceleration, on top the the awful acceleration this game already has. -
vsync adds input lag not acceleration
if you want to use a FPS cap just use bandicam or fraps to do it
Point is, the mouse doesn't move as intended. More often than not, it'll move in a very similar manner as 'acceleration'. It certainly does this in BF3, and does this by standard in the Creation and Havok engines. -

It's not about seeing the difference, it's about smoothness of the frames.
There's a huge difference between 60Hz and 120Hz for example, believe me.
