Your logic is flawed due to 3 reasons:
1. If you're kicked, you don't receive any exp and gp.
2. The cap on exp is 1100 and gp is a little bit over 1000.
3. Even if you could earn that much exp and gp per game, i doubt anyone has the ability to stack up that many kills to get it.
Also, I'd rather play in a game where we're able to kick unlegit players rather than playing in a room where it's practically unplayable, rendering me to leave the room. -

There are plenty of other reasons to kick a person besides for hacking, as outlined within the kicking menu. The problem isn't in the kick, but the person behind it who initiated the kick.
My friend 7 was going to be kicked because he didn't share his Golden Gatling gun. Idiotic action in my opinion. But it isn't the fault of the vote, but of the person behind it who probably was sobbing like a little girl that couldn't get their hands on a weapon they probably never seen before because they probably made the account last week.
Wish that was a legit story, only thing legit was that someone tried to kick 7 because 7 would share his Golden Gatling gun.
And yes it sucks to be kicked "without reason" at all, trust me I've had my fair share of the bs.
But it is here to stay.
Now you're welcome to create a thread hoping to "improve" either the kicking format, or to even give a guide on the Guides board on common etiquette points on gameplay with courtesy, but to ask for its removal is not going to happen. Sorry.
Closing this suggestion up.
