Not one problem, CF loads in under 1 minute, Between 60 and 150 FPS depending on the game I am in.
I am bored so I felt like posting -
My laptop has a 1.83GHz dual core, Nvidia GeForce Go 7600 512MB, and 2GB of RAM @ Windows XP, and runs at 60fps. Sadly, my laptop's mouse is half-broken (the cursor wiggles when I move it in a straight line, like a drunk driver, and is only fit to play rts, not fps)
My brother's desktop is a 2.8GHz quad core, ATI Radeon HD 3850, and 8GB of RAM @ Windows Vista. (Don't ask about the ram. My dad was under the impression that 'more is better' and that he was 'future proofing the desktop'. Runs at 100-120fps. -
I usually play CF on my desktop, but my laptop is a stock Inspiron 1545
-Manufacturer: Dell
-Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core 2.0GHZ
-Memory: 3.0 GB RAM
-Hard Drive: 250 GB, 5,400 rpm
-Video Card: Stock, GMA4500 (Craaap...)
-Monitor: Attached, 15.6 in
-Sound Card: Stock
-Keyboard: it's attached to the laptop...
-Mouse: old USB Mouse
-Mouse Surface: A mousepad?
-Connection: Stock wireless (ping is the same)
Even with Gamebooster running, the directory defragged, and all video options in Crossfire turned to low/off, I can't seem to get more than 10-20 fps. =(
Brand new, so there are no issues with viruses or anything. Crossfire and Ventrilo are the only things I have installed on it so far XD
Is there an easy way to help the FPS? I would guess something to do with cooling and/or upgrading the video card but I know virtually nothing about computers. -

lucky.......I NEED RAM!!!!!!!!!!!! -
Ahaha my laptop is crap (sorta) 1G of RAM and it'll only recogonize half of it. I don't even know how I manage to play this game on here decently well. My USB keeps 'unrecognizing' my mouse in the middle of the game :P
I can also run PSCS4 on here, and a bunch of other editor applications like SonyV8.
AHAHAHA, again I still don't know how I manage xD -

RAM is pretty damn cheap, especially for desktops. I paid 80 dollars for my set of 2 1GB RAM sticks, which are coincidentally more expensive since they're for laptop use. Now if only I could fix my broken heatsink and mouse, I could actually play rts on high and fps properly. -

Cheap LMAO you guys know nothing..
u can go drop 16gbs in a new mobo for 80$$
it cost 50$ for me to upgrade to 2gbs not worth the money -
50-60 fps in a 5v5, which is the only time it matters.
Those 5fps gives me an advantage in using the snipe scopes ... can increase mouse sensitivity and I seldom see 'jumpers'.
Jumpers are those that seem to have speedhacks but actually your video is too slow to refresh. -
Don't be ****ing stupid. The human eye can see way above 30 fps. We don't see in frames so it's impossible to limit.
If you played on a PC with 100fps, and then played with 30 fps, it'll be extremely horrible because you'll realize how awesomely slick the 100fps was compared to the 30fps. -

I think you're the clueless one. There's a difference between a cellphone and a computer, and the two different GBs you're referencing are different. Yes, you can use computer HDD space as VRAM, but that has nothing to do with 16GB in a freaking phone. Whoopdeedoo, what the hell will you do with 16GB? Download videos? -

The average person's eye can register about 50-60 FPS. People who spend a lot of time looking at different frame rates (i.e. hardcore gamers) will be able to tell the difference between higher framerates. -
