Xplicit Picking up new players

Well I've been talking to Ha for awhile and me and him are on the same page as each other. I wanted to give making a team with him a shot. WE want a solid 3 guys who are willing to make a team how we want. I really didnt want to lead a team again with the downfall of ( ocp ) but after talking to Ha for awhile. Ive decided its worth the shot. Were looking for LONG TIME PLAYERS.

Reqs.
- Be mature
- Give other players respect
- Have a decent shot
- Great gamesense, willing to take criticism
- Take a loss and learn from it
- Actually like playing the game

I didn't make a team, INK did, and I left. They're not dead either, they're still together.

Yeah ink told me too o_o. Doesn't mean i'm leading it. Although generally the leaders do make it. But no I left tarnished with stanish because we didn't see much of a future with the team. Their team is still there, it's not currently dead, let's move on :].

4 times?? Standout died, I joined tarnished, left it, joined xplicit, stanish disbanded xplicit i don't even know why yet, i joined wizdom's team. The only thing I "hopped" was tarnished to Xplicit. Yeah i'll take your advice if I can help what's going on in my teams.
