Seems like a nice weapon, but it sounds like you'd be better off just using an M4, lol. Also, it looks really similar to the M4.

Just because it looks like an M4, it shouldn't just have the same stats. Especially since it is basically an enlarged HK416, which in turn is derived from the G36.
Therefore, the stats should be oriented after the G36, not the M4...

Apart from that, I like the idea. Always good to see some more german-made weapons in CF.

IMO it should have either less recoil or more power to make up for the slower ROF.

It makes no sense that a rifle that uses a 7.62×51mm NATO would do less damage than a rifle using a 5.56×45mm NATO.

I think you are confused with the H&K 416.

Since basically the Scar Heavy and the H&K 417 have so much in common in RT, I think you should use that rifle as a base and work from there.

Accuracy - M4A1 Customish
Automatic - same as Scar H

Weight - Same as Scar H
Reload Time - slightly faster than Scar H
