ok im 16 yrs, 5,11 and 170 pounds. i workout during 3rd period and after school 4x a week
3rd period super fit class:
i train in this classs for football and anything else such as travel lacrosse.
i start offf with the matrix workout for a warmup with 25 pounds. deadlifts, 4 sets 10 reps, 45 bar, 45s, 45s with 25s, 45s with 35s, 45s with 45s. cleans, 4 sets 8 reps, 25s, 25s 10s, 25s 10s and 5s, 25s and 25s. front squats, 3 sets 8 reps, 45s, 45s 10s, 45s 25s. calve raises, 3 sets 10 reps, insides 10 reps, outsides 10 reps, narrow insides 10 reps = 1 set x3. to finish this period off i take a 12 pound bosu ball , go into the gym, line up against one end of the court facing the wall. i use a squat and full body motion to throw the balll as far as i can behind me then turn around do 5 pushups and run after the ball as fast as possible. i repeat this drill 10 times and 15 times if i have time. 4th period i have lunch and get ready for another workout after school.
