Help with Synapse 2.0?

so today i bought a deathadder 3500 3.5g and i need the synapse 2.0 cuz i play with 700 dpi and the old DA drivers dont have that setting.

when i try to update my synapse 2.0 it just closes and doesn't do ****.

does anyone know whats going on? i already emailed razer support too.

Try downloading the drivers with a different browser than you are currently using?

the original deathadder driver works fine... but i want the synapse 2.0 so i can choose my own dpi since i play with 700.

compared to my logitech g400 deathadder is more precise.

It's worth a shot, sometimes the browsers firewall isn't compatible with the site or some random sh*t like that. It does the trick for me on most of my downloads.

I don't think the old Deathadder is compatable with Synapse 2.0

I think only the Deathadder 2013 supports Synapse. 2.0

I'm not entirely sure I could be wrong though. Wait for Razer to email you I guess....

Everyone I know that uses the old deathadder has the synapse 2.0 driver.

i called razer that same day.... btw horrible customer support. they told me they would email me. i got an email yesterday and asked for my MSI files. so i sent those in just now.

Razer's superior hardware engineering with poor product quality and support.

Honestly you'll have way better support with logitech. But everyone wants to use Razer products......including me.....I don't know why.....

yea i had a g400... it works great..
but the sensor for the deathadder is just so much better....

DA sensor + g400 grip = worlds best mouse.
