BIG problem with Bonus Points!GM,read this pls!!

Well,I will tell u here what happened to me,a fact very unfair....So last week my boyfriend gave me money to charge my mobile with euro,cause he wanted to buy ZP with mobile for my account and for his account.So this is what I did: I logged in to MY account,I went to Earn Free ZP page,I pushed the button "Paymo" and I bought 14400 ZP.Then, at the same computer,I logged in to HIS account,I went to Earn Free ZP page,I pushed the button "Paymo" and I bought 14400 ZP too.So I bought 14400 ZP for each account,with the same method,at the same computer.Now comes the surprise.....He RECEIVED bonus points for his purchase but I DIDN'T!Why???What's the difference between us??We used the same method!So,when I saw that he received Bonus Points,and I didn't,I sent a Support Ticket.After a few days,I bought again 9000 ZP with the same method(Paymo,at Earn Free ZP page) for my boyfriend(for his account),as a gift for him.Well he received again Bonus Points.The next day, my father gift him 9000 ZP for his birthday(again the same method),and again,my boyfriend received Bonus Points.Well now I am a little bit angry,cause he received so many BP,and I didn't....Well today, I received the answer to the Support Ticket I've sent: "Dear player,

From our data base record the ZP which you have gotten is from the Earn Free ZP part.

So we will not give you that BP. " I said.....WHAT???How comes that???We used the same method!!He bought ZP at the Earn Free ZP page with Paymo too!!As I did!!Is no difference here!Why???Is so unfair...GM's,please read carefully all I wrote and then solve my problem please!!Users,please don't replay me,if u don't read carefully all I wrote! Thanks!

  • Oh i get what your saying, that sucks... I also had done the mobile thing to get ZP but in the end it just took all my money and i got no ZP-twice :(.

    About 4 days...Btw,with paymo I received my ZP in about 5 min.What method did u use?Did u send a support ticket? If u payed with Card,it will last a few days till u receive ur ZP.I payed once with Paypal and I had to wait 2 days.With mobile (Paymo)u get it in 5 min,but u don't get Bonus Points....or ...who knows..maybe u receive,as my boyfriend did....
  • yes I also used that method, i sent in a support ticket straght through to Paymo and they replied with "we have no record of money being withdrawn." -_- Meanwhile it took my money! Then they said that my network provider was experiencing problems that afternoon... So i left it because they fail-epicly. On the bright side it was only 10K zp i wanted to buy-twice which I lost -_-
  • This should be an easy problem for support to fix.

    Please include these details in a support ticket.

    They will review the details and determine the reason why you didn't receive your points. Once we can determine why you didn't get your points we can correct the problem for future transactions and then make sure your points are in proper order.

    Since this falls under ZP Points and Cash Deposit issues you have to send a ticket in. We don't fix those problems directly on the forums because it could involve private account information.

    Well,I replied to the previous answer received from my support ticket that I sent,and yesterday I 've received this answer:
    "Dear player;

    We are unsure why you are experiencing this problem; we will look into it as soon as possible. Thank you for your report."
    Well,today I looked at my bonus points to see if they solved my problem....and nothing...I still have the 200 bonus points from my previous purchase(about two months ago),but nothing more....So I "thank" them for "solving" my problem.....

    ....Ok then I really understand that I won't ever get BP for purchasing at Earn Free ZP page. But why my boyfriend did???What's the difference?Why some ppl get BP and I didn't...?So is very unfair and I am very sad....:(They really don't read all i write...
