I am with an alt. I'm letting them figure out how to improve instead of me trying to rage at them. That's something they have to acquire as players. Teamwork, communication, shots, etc.

First try getting zilla back, because he was your most consistent fragger.
Get a solid s5 of people who can frag/work together/call. If someone doesn't work well with the team, cut them. Your team has some people that can frag a ton, but they have no strats and don't work as a team.
Also, screaming helps nobody. Everyone's human, if they mess up, they don't need someone raging at them: it will only make them do worse. Take the mistakes and build on them. -

Screaming or yelling or how ever you want to interpret it just shows you that who ever is doing so cares. It's called being passionate and having the will to win, if people fuck up then it's the callers job to figure out what went wrong. If you've ever had a coach in any sport you would know this. -

I wasn't really insulting them calling them ******ed.. Just saying stuff like "LETS GO" "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" "PICK IT UP". I'm not with undaunted. I didn't disappoint them at all, crimsson said he should of been the one to leave if anyone. You gave up which is exactly why you gave leadership to Dom.
