You should added more rank rewards, such as:

50k GP at 2nd Lieutenant
80k GP at 1st Lieutenant
100k GP at Captain
200k GP at Major

Because with this reward we will have more motivation.

Then no 1 will Buy ZP and make it GP , but just farm their rank up and get GP.

People buy zp for zp guns. I don't see how you could get zp guns with gp. :rolleyes:

Eh, no! The GP you get for ranging up is enough to buy everything you need to start EARNING your keep. And that is the whole point of playing this game.

More rewards for ranks will only be more motivation for rank farming, rather than playing.

One great reward for ranking up would be Permanent bag 3 and 4 at a certain rank

If they added those rewards, less people would be playing and a lot amount of people would be farming.
