Game VideoCapture Software?

I've tried to use GameCamV2 but it doesn't work, what's the next best video capture software. I know there's fraps and hypercam. Does anyone know the one which works and has the best quality.

Well, i would say fraps but only if you have the full version. Then you can change the quality of the videos, change them into a different file extension like .mp4 and so on. The same applies for screensots you can change them to .jpg. Its really convinient but it is not free.
