I have talked to the hotels and I am shooting for March 9th - 10th for the LAN. The Hotel im interested in wants a good estimate on how many people need rooms. Since the rooms are not paid for, they will need to be on hold.

I told them that possibly 80 - 100 people could go. Most will share a room but others will have singles. So far they said if 40+ do make reservations, then the $109 room will be $80 or so.

This is true, which is why we are trying to get atleast two people to stay in the same room.

Im only sharing a room with one person. Paying for all my other people. If they want single rooms then it is what it is. Lookin like we will be bringing 10+
