Razer Deathadder and Synapse 2.0
This mouse is OPed once I first tried it.
God why didn't I get this as my first mouse....
Anyways, sicne I got my new Deathadder 2013, my headshot rate are much higher and so are my flick shots.
But I don't quite know how to use Synapse 2.0 yet cause when i plugged it in, it just works it didn't install anything so it just uses Synapse 2.0.
Sooo.....
What's enable X-Y sensitivity and lift off range under Surface Calibration?
Those are the only two settings I don't understand.
You can post your settings below or whatever for everything in Synapse 2.0.
Thanks

If it's anything like exactlift or exactaim on my steelseries sensei i wouldnt bother with it, those kinds of features are usually built for things like CS and other high tier games.
but yeah i have never delved into razor mouse settings so idk.
I assume you've tried googling and checking you tube for demo's on how to use it?
the features you talked about though do sound like exactlift, if it is anything like that it will just make your aim wavy if anything. -

I personally have a old 3500 dpi death adder and havnt upgraded to synapse because it feels awkward, I just used the old 3.05 drivers and they work fine.
Btw, I use 450 dpi @ 125 hz with 10 in game sensitivity
lol what
sensei works perfectly fine with crossfire
if it had "bad acceleration" it would make games like CS just as bad. -
Man, I wish I had the 2013 one. I ordered the 2012 deathadder at the razer store, then they told me they were out of stock, so I sent an e-mail cancelling it. Just ended up going to best buy and buying it. About a month later I recieved an e-mail from razer telling me the deathadder was in and they were sending me one. So now I have one still in a box, and one I am using.

I used my sensei for about a year, until the unfortunate time when it just turned off and wouldn't turned on again. in that time my aim, headshots rate and reaction time increased exponentially.
it doesn't have bad accel at all, 390 dpi, 125hz, 0 "exact" tweaks 0 sense in game, slot 2 windows sense(the perfect settings for me and the mouse). it was brilliant beyond perfect for me and i started aiming far better with no acceleration problems which includes the Crossfire "MA" problems.
im pretty sure either you used a sensei and you blew with it (no offence) or you've never even used it or tried it. its one hell of a mouse imo.
it was just as good if not better when using it in CSS & GO. -

okay bullsh*t. I have a sensei fnatic and I can't even notice a accel (positive and negative). 400 dpi 125 hz 6 in-game. -

the X represents the horizontal line while the y represents the vertical line.
maybe you would like to set those both at your preferred sensitivity.
I don't know what ticking the box actually does. And also the Calibration feature I don't quite know how it works because apparently If I check it ON, the sensor turns off when it leaves my mouse pad.aTastyCookii wrote: »What's enable X-Y sensitivity and lift off range under Surface Calibration?
Does it increase the distance for it to detect if I lift the mouse up away from the surface? -

lift off range is about how high you lift your mouse. if you set it to 2, if you lift your mouse it doesn't track anymore if you lift it like 2mm.
i also have a lift off range settings (exact lift) in my sensei. i set it to 3% (which is 6). If i lift my mouse for like 2mm it doesn't track anymore.
i think if you enable the X-Y sensitivity, you will be able to set the X and Y differently. like shall I say the X is 400 and the Y is 1000.
