New server is needed

every time u enter any server u find a noob hacker Uk1 to Uk5 even UK4 now full of hackers so we need a new server with higher requirements (2nd Lt ~ Marshel) + can u add report hackers supporters (the players who knows that one of their team is hacking and they do not kick him) we need to ban them if we need to clean the game form hackers (I told them that this massion need only kill not win and they let the 2 hacker playing till the end) .and this is why I wrote this thread for

The 2nd LT+ server has been discussed many times, just look up some threads by searching for them.
The "ban people that don't kick hackers" option won't get added. Simply because there are various reasons on why he didn't kick him. Like he didn't knew it if it's a less obvious hack, he didn't know how to kick as he's new to the game, he tried to kick but didn't success etc.

This is a dumb idea. Make it a server that only people with Honorary Ribbon can join.

But too many, go to UK1, join a Egypt TD Room and you will find almost only mahmoud3259, abdul234, iloveallah134, or muhamad23 in the room who hack.
