I would like to see clan rank play an important part of the Points earned

for example a 5000 rank clan beating a 500 rank clan would = x5 points
but this would require a 2nd clan ranking based off of the clan wars only. like a ladder ranking.

I say that because some of the clans have their rank solo on time spent in game not on clan warring

it wouldnt be fair for the people in first place on the clan ranking now

and this will make more farming clans

It is already weighted, but not near to the same degree you described. I actually have a problem with the weighted system in any form. There are a good number of great clans with a low number of members. I understand the principle, but don't necessarily agree with it.
