Gaming Mice and Crossfire?
So I have heard the Deathadder and Lachesis are pretty sweet gaming mice. I'm probably going to purchase the 3g adder or a lachesis (while they are still just 30$ on amazon!). Yeah, I'm poor. Not really. Just cheap. At least when it comes to gaming.
So I have questions for you knowledgeable forum prowlers
I have heard a rumor (remember I'm pretty much new to this "gaming mouse concept") that one can program a combination of keys or clicks into one click?
For example. I could theortically program a side button on the mouse to execute a *right click, left click, press key "2"*, which would be a quick scope and switch to secondary, into one simple click of a side button?
sorry if the above was complicated.
Is there a substantial learning curve on gaming mice compared to average dell mice? What will be the first thing i notice about a lachesis or deathadder? Are they worth buying? Will they increase my ability to play in alpha seven?
So what other nifty and snazzy stuff can a gaming mouse (lachesis or deathadder) do?
Thanks

Really doesn't matter which mouse you use. What you use is what you're used to, just get better with it.I have heard a rumor (remember I'm pretty much new to this "gaming mouse concept") that one can program a combination of keys or clicks into one click?

And Yes you can. It's an illegal move in gaming leagues. It's referred to different names in different games, but its cheating in games such as CS 1.6 and DoD 1.3 -
I have my in-game sensitivity set to 0 with 3500 DPI (using Deathadder).
Wow, its only 30 bucks? I think ill buy another
you see what you did everyone messages me for a tryout to momentum. why!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -

You do the dirty work
To OP: I suggest you grab the DA or Lachesis (both good options). The stock price is around 55-60 dollars. For the DA that is -
Quick question.
How do you go about cleaning the lenses/LED of the mouse?
Scared to touch anything.
Use a q tip, thats it. More importantly, keep the surface that you're mousing on clean. So higher DPI and lower ingame is better for aiming compared to a low dpi and high ingame?
if so, would you mind elaborating?
Thanks ^^
DPI is basically how sensitive your mouse is.
The physical moment of the mouse will always be more accurate than the artificial translation.
