He isn't allways online, means, it isn't up.
Something like Skype is allways up.

Oh god, I was so prepared for a gif or a funny link, yet you really linked me to steam... No fun.
I obviously know steam, I played CSS, TF2 and some other stuff, it was just to lighten the mood.
